30-Day Data Deletion Option
We are building a feature that allows you to request deletion of all your data within 30 days of account termination. Once available, you can initiate this from your account settings or by contacting support@hireanvil.com.
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active
- Deleted Accounts: Most data is deleted within 30 days (or immediately upon request, once the feature is live)
- Billing Records: Transaction history, invoices, and tax-related records are retained for 7 years to comply with legal and tax requirements, even after account deletion
- Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged
How to Request Deletion
To delete your data:
- Cancel your subscription from your account dashboard
- Email support@hireanvil.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
- We will confirm deletion within 30 days
Note: Billing records may be retained as required by law.
6. Data Security
We take security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your data:

- Access Controls: Role-based permissions limit who can access your data
