Welcome to HireAnvil. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HireAnvil platform and services (the "Service"), operated by Gunter Business Solutions Inc ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using HireAnvil, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Each subscription is intended for use by a single business entity. Sharing accounts across multiple organizations is prohibited.

HireAnvil offers à la carte subscription plans with various features and usage tiers. Pricing is available at hireanvil.com/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
New customers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be billed.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, your account may be suspended until payment is received.
Service credits are purchased through monthly subscriptions or one-time credit packs. Unused subscription credits roll over each billing period and do not expire. All credit purchases — whether subscription or one-time — are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, buybacks, or cash-value exchanges for unused credits under any circumstances.
All payments are non-refundable. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused credits, unused subscription time, or account cancellation. If you experience a billing error (such as a duplicate charge), contact support@hireanvil.com within 7 days and we will investigate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time or unused credits. Upon cancellation, any remaining credits in your account are forfeited.
HireAnvil, its logo, design, features, and underlying technology are owned by Gunter Business Solutions Inc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to HireAnvil (emails, documents, images, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Content generated by HireAnvil's AI features (email drafts, social posts, images, etc.) is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content before publishing or sending it.
HireAnvil integrates with third-party services to provide functionality:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination (see our Privacy Policy for details). Billing records may be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@hireanvil.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of HireAnvil after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must cancel your account.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gunter Business Solutions Inc regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
